********A civilized country is supposed to have clean roads,
proper garbage disposal system and roads and lanes properly maintained.
The citizens have the right to live in a clean town, city or village
and the concerned administration should be conscious of this fact.
In towns and cities there are municipalities and improvement trusts and there institutions definitely have responsibilities concerning the garbage disposal and maintenance of roads.
Here we would be talking about the town of Pathankot. Pathankot has a municipality and improvement trust. The municipality and the improvement trust has funds allocated to them for their work. We have been giving report and photographs of some of the roads and lanes of Pathankot.
Obviously the officials and members of the municipal and members of the municipal council will not be pleased to know that we are making people conscious of the situation in some roads and lanes in Pathankot.
The situation is disliked by people who stay there but they dont have much faith in the concerned officials and municipal members.
The situation is often very unhealthy and certainly unsightly. In many areas the situation is creating health hazards.
The areas neglected by the concerned officials and the members of the municipality are open and thousands of people see the unhealthy garbage dumps and are forced to tolerate them.
The pot holes in the roads and lanes endanger traffic plying on those roads and lanes and these should be repaired immediately. A common man wonders if the funds allocated for the repair of roads and for the disposal of garbage are properly utilized or not.
Obviously certain political people and their chamchas will not be pleased about this exposing report but my country is more important than any politician.
